Processing data provided via online registration forms in order to organize participation in camps and trips.

b) Participation in camps, trips and events

Managing participation, logistics, accommodation, training activities and supervision of participants.

Contact regarding organizational matters, schedules, safety issues, changes or updates related to camps and trips.

d) Payments and accounting

Processing payments, issuing accounting documents and fulfilling tax and accounting obligations.

Ensuring the safety of participants, compliance with legal obligations and internal organizational requirements.

f) Image and promotional materials

Recording and publishing photographs and video recordings from camps and trips on the websites and official social media profiles for informational and promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable law and granted consents.
