Is this an Official Barça Academy Soccer Camp?

What’s included?
5 days of training with Official FC Barcelona Coaches. Players will acquire the successful methodology that players like Messi, Iniesta, Pedri, Gavi, and others have benefited from.
There will be water provided during the breaks, which take place between sessions, to guarantee that the campers remain well-hydrated and in good health.
Camp participants will be awarded an Barça Academy Soccer Camp certified diploma upon completing the camp.
What is the insurance policy?
A licensed athletic trainer will be available to attend to the participants in the event of an injury or any other medical issues during the Barça Academy Soccer Camp.
It is mandatory for all campers to have their own medical coverage. Barça Soccer Camp offers additional insurance to reibust the full payment in case anything happen prior the relization of the camps activities.
What is the age range?
Boys and girls aged between 7to 14 years old old are invited to join the Barça Academy Soccer Camp.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?
Please note that our fees are non-refundable. However, the full amount you paid initially is guaranteed, and you have the flexibility to apply the registration value to a future camp. Transfer it to another player is not allowed.
Camps may be subject to change or cancellation without notice at any time, for any reason, including if the number of registered participants is insufficient to host the camp. In the event of a camp cancellation by our staff, full refunds are issued within 30 days of the cancellation, or participants can choose to attend any of the other camps based on availability. If the camp is canceled, our liability is limited to a full refund of the price, and we will not be liable for any other costs, damages, or refunds of any kind for any loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment, travel, or other expenses in such circumstances. No refunds will be given if a program in progress has to be interrupted or canceled for reasons beyond our control.
If the location or schedule of the camp is changed with less than 10 days’ notice, you shall be able to request a refund. If the camp location is changed, it will typically be due to external causes beyond the control of the organization and the inability to carry out the camp in the best and most professional manner. The new location shall not be more than 20 milles from the last location.
Force Majeure and Acts of God: In the event that Barca Academy Camps Poland is unable to fulfill its obligations under the terms of this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as terrorism, a pandemic, war, labor strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc., We will not be liable to provide any refund for services not delivered due to such circumstances.

What payment methods are accepted?
Only transfers.
What is the uniform?
Every participant will receive a kit that includes an official Barca Academy jersey, a pair of shorts, and a pair of socks. The uniforms will be shipped to your pick up (Inpost or DPD) location closer to your address.
Can I order extra gear?
Certainly. If any additional uniform is needed, you need to request it at the registration or ask for it to our email: camps@barcaacademy.pl
What do I have to bring during the camp?
- Players should come prepared with the following items:
– Soccer cleats
– Personal water bottle
– Packed lunch, Sunscreen
– Full Official Training Camp Kit (Jersey, shorts, socks)
It is also highly recommended that players bring shin guards, a nutritious snack, and isotonic drinks such as Powerade, Gatorade, etc.
What is the ratio coach/players?
1 Coach for every 12-14 players. There will be 4 FC Barcelona coaches supported by 3/4 Polish coaches.
Who are the coaches?
Official Coaches from FC Barcelona will exclusively lead the training sessions in Poland. All of these coaches are licensed. In contrast to many other camps, these coaches are actively engaged with FC Barcelona throughout the year. The Technical Director and the coaches will personally work with the camp attendees.
Are parents allowed to watch training?
Parents are encouraged to observe the training sessions. However, we kindly request that you remain in a designated area to ensure that the flow of the training sessions is not disrupted.
How are the groups formed?
The groups will be organized based on both age and skill level. On the first day of the camp, players will be initially grouped by their age. Subsequently, the FC Barcelona Coaches will administer a skill level assessment to determine the final group assignments. Players may be reassigned to a different group during the camp if necessary.
What is the schedule for the camp?
The Barça Academy Soccer Camp takes place over 5 days, from 8:45 AM to 12:30 PM for the morning group and for the second from 13:30 PM to 17:00 PM. On the final day, there will be a closing ceremony 30 min prior the exit hours. Each day, players will concentrate on different aspects of the game for improvement.
In certain cities, the camp schedule may be adjusted to accommodate for weather and heat. Please refer to your confirmation email and the camp details on the locations page to verify the specific start and end times.
What to do in case of inclement weather?
In case of adverse weather conditions once the camp has commenced, all campers will be directed to the designated shelter area. If the camp is canceled after it has started, you will be asked to return to the field to pick up your player. Please note that we do not have indoor facilities to accommodate players for the remainder of the day.
